“Wild Women” Workshop: Part II

Wild women, colourful fabrics – a playful exploration of the many colours and facets that lie within us all.
This workshop explores the relationship between the female body, material and humour – through the perspectives of clowning, physical theatre and dance. Working with simple fabrics, we examine how their materiality and dynamics influence our movement, trigger unexpected interactions and give rise to comical moments.
Through physical play, participants develop humorous images that reflect our shared absurdity, discovering their own joy, spontaneity and physical comedy in the process. Everyday materials become playmates – inviting curiosity, transformation and laughter.
Please bring:
– comfortable clothing and water
– a piece of fabric of your choice (colour, size, texture; e.g. approx. 1 × 3 m) as a playful partner
