Last chance in 2025 Meeting points in public spaces – living stories in the city economy

Series of events in public spaces

6. Human Library - Living Stories

For the last time in 2025!!!

As a guest in the Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz

The participants of our MEETINGPOINTS series bring their stories to the stage.

The event series "Lived Stories" for the 6th and last time! If you haven't made it yet, you now have another opportunity to become part of the event series.

As part of our ESF project "Meetingpoints", people become books and tell authentic stories from their lives. After the 5th event at the social department stores' "Sparbüchse" on the Sonnenberg, we are ending our "Lived Stories" event series in the courtyard of Stadtwirtschaft Chemnitz for this year.

We look forward to meeting the people of Chemnitz and hope that the weather will be good and that coffee and cake will encourage a lively dialogue between our books and readers.

Living Stories is based on the "Human Library" concept from Denmark, which has already been realised in 80 countries from Munich to Tokyo, from Bangladesh to Sydney. Now, for the first time, Romy Buchmann from Taupunkt e.V. is organising the event in Chemnitz on a somewhat smaller scale.

The "Lived Stories" format offers the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds. Each of them has a special story to tell.

The Human Library aims to bring people together and open up new perspectives. Together we can actively shape our city.

We at Taupunkt e.V. invite you to become part of this special experience and listen to our stories in the middle of a blossoming garden on the southern Sonnenberg.
