About the artist and workshop leader:
Felix Baumann (*1991) – lives in Berlin and works as a freelance artist in an international context. In his work, he focuses on an interdisciplinary approach that combines physical theatre, dance, circus and visual arts, using humour to reflect on contemporary issues. His works explore the interplay between body and material, (de)construction, comedy and circus, new materiality and human-object ontology. Humour serves both as a tool of resilience and as a creative engine for examining contemporary themes, metaphors and the absurdities of everyday life.
