Meeting Points – Get Involved in Theatre Group II

We warmly invite you to join our course ‘Step into the Theatre!’. This accessible programme is aimed at anyone who wants to try something new, get to know themselves better, make new friends and actively contribute to the Sonnenberg community.

Course objectives and content

The course offers the opportunity to gain initial experience inphysical theatre. Participants learn to consciously control their bodies, engage in physical contact and experiment with improvisation techniques. They improve their stage presence and boost their self-confidence. The aim is to feel at ease on stage and develop a strong sense of belonging to the group.
